This is a place to share my thoughts about being a stay-at-home American dad in New Zealand. I can say right now that Kiwis are a curious breed indeed, and I have plenty of time to soak in their cultural stew (which smells like fish n' chips by the way). Stay-at-Holmes: Tip of the Moment #2
This tip is related to cooking. Whenever handling hot peppers such as jalapeno, habanero, etc., don't attempt to change a diaper without thoroughly washing your hands. Caught myself a couple of days ago and averted a fiery surprise for little man.
